CNT Management Consulting GmbH is 100% owned by the five founders. Since the foundation in 1999, the company generated only positive company accounts with considerable growth in both turnovers and results. CNT is independent from investors; no external capital was needed for the development of the company. It is financed with the operating cashflow and a considerable part of the yearly profits are used to strengthen the capital base.

Consultants
We started with 5 consultants in 1999 – the 5 founders of CNT Management Consulting. Since then, the number of consultants has grown steadily. By the end of 2008, more than 100 consultants have worked for the company and taken part in our growing success.
